On March 8th 2021, DT HOA Rules and Regulations Rule #1 was filed with Manatee County. You can read it here.  Rule #1 allows the HOA Board of Director to fine any person that hits the barrier arms and/or gates at our entrances.

At the March 16th HOA Board of Directors meeting the following fining structure was discussed and approved.

If the offender notifies the HOA and management company via the contact section of our HOA website within 24 hours of the incident there will be no fine for the first offense. Further offenses are fineable.

If the offender does NOT notify the HOA and management company within 24 hours the first offense fine will be $200.

Further offenses, the fine will be $500 per incident.

These fines will be in addition to the cost of repairing the damage.
