I hope this message finds you well.  If you haven’t received our prior communications, I wanted to kindly inform or remind you that effective September 1, 2021 Del Tierra HOA has changed management companies and is now working with C&S Community Management Services, Inc. I am Elizabeth, your new Community Association Manager.  I have an office at the Del Tierra Pavilion/Clubhouse by the pool.  The address is 15521 High Bell Place, Bradenton, FL  34212.  My phone number at the Del Tierra office is 941-744-9009.  My hours at the office are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, 9am – 2pm, and Wednesdays and Thursdays 3pm – 8pm.

Del Tierra HOA also changed banks from Sabal Palm to BB&T.  BB&T is the bank you will now submit your assessment payments to.  We had previously sent out a welcome letter with an ACH form and coupon books that include information for mailing in payments, setting up ACH payments, setting up bill pay from your bank, and making online payments.  If you did not receive your coupon book, please contact me so I can provide you with important payment information.  Please note that the HOA has not applied late fees for September or October.  They have applied late fees for November and will be going forward, so it is imperative that you know how to correctly make your assessment payments.
