All Homeowners and HOA members – you will receive in the mail this week a very important packet related to 3 amendment changes that are we are asking you to vote on.

We will be hosting 3 town halls over the next few weeks to discuss and answer any questions related to the proposals.

Please attend one (or more) of the following town halls at the pool pavilion.

  • Friday – Dec 10th at 6pm
  • Friday – Jan 7th at 6pm
  • Sat – Jan 8th at 2pm

These town halls are being held by your HOA Board to discuss the proposed amendments to our CCRs.  You should receive (by the first town hall) a mailing packet from our management company that has all the details.

We have proposed changes to the following 3 areas that we really need your support on.

  1. Article IX Section 8 of the Declaration section – Use Restrictions (Golf Carts)
  2. Article IX Section 8 of the Declaration section – Use Restrictions (Towing)
  3. Article XIII Section 1 of the Declaration section – Lease Occupancy and Restrictions

The votes are needed back by the special meeting on Tuesday, Jan 18th. 

You can give your proxies to any board member, property manager (Elizabeth) or mail them back.
