{"id":1399,"date":"2022-04-04T15:44:08","date_gmt":"2022-04-04T19:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deltierrahoa.com\/?p=1399"},"modified":"2022-04-04T15:44:08","modified_gmt":"2022-04-04T19:44:08","slug":"notice-of-gym-incident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deltierrahoa.com\/notice-of-gym-incident\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of Gym Incident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Gym Incident <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Late Saturday night\/early Sunday 4\/2\/22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The HOA is aware of an <strong>incident in the Clubhouse gym that occurred 4\/2\/22 \u2013 4\/3\/22, late Saturday night and into early Sunday morning <\/strong>involving a group of teenagers that vandalized the gym.<\/p>\n<p>The Board has collected the video footage and has submitted a police report to the Manatee County Sheriff\u2019s Department. \u00a0They are currently looking into this as a breaking and entering with damage charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The HOA Board of Directors are willing to meet with the offenders quietly to arrange for the repairs prior to moving forward with prosecution.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please contact me with any further information.
