All Homeowners and HOA members \u2013 you received in the mail a very important packet related to 3 amendment changes that are we are asking you to vote on.<\/p>\n

We have 2 more town hall meetings this Friday Jan 7 at 6:00pm and Saturday Jan 8 at 2:00pm<\/p>\n

These town halls are being held by your HOA Board to discuss the proposed amendments to our CCRs.<\/p>\n

We have proposed changes to the following 3 areas that we really need your support on.<\/p>\n

  1. Article IX Section 8 of the Declaration section \u2013 Use Restrictions (Golf Carts)<\/li>\n
  2. Article IX Section 8 of the Declaration section \u2013 Use Restrictions (Towing)<\/li>\n
  3. Article XIII Section 1 of the Declaration section \u2013 Lease Occupancy and Restrictions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The votes are needed back by the special meeting on Tuesday, Jan 18th<\/sup>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
