{"id":1181,"date":"2021-08-30T07:09:48","date_gmt":"2021-08-30T11:09:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deltierrahoa.com\/?p=1181"},"modified":"2021-11-09T06:33:26","modified_gmt":"2021-11-09T11:33:26","slug":"new-property-management-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deltierrahoa.com\/new-property-management-company\/","title":{"rendered":"New Property Management Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Effective August 31, 2021, Progressive Community Management (Justin Patterson) will no longer be Del Tierra\u2019s Management Company. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new management company will be C&amp;S Community Management Services (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cscmsi.com\/\">https:\/\/www.cscmsi.com\/<\/a>), the new association manager\/CAM will be Elizabeth Handwerger.<\/p>\n<p>The new management company will have an office in our community center right inside the main gate.<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth\u2019s hours in the community will be<\/p>\n<p>Mon \u2013 9am to 2pm<\/p>\n<p>Tues \u2013 9am to 2pm<\/p>\n<p>Wed \u2013 3pm to 8pm<\/p>\n<p>Thur \u2013 3pm to 8pm<\/p>\n<p>Fri \u2013 9am to 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>She will be in that office (or in the community) during those hours. You will be able to go to the office if you have questions or concerns as well as conduct business like purchasing window strips, reserve the pavilions. Etc.
